Bioshock bug/glitch thing**SPOILERS**

I just bought Bioshock not too long ago. I'm a little late, I know.
I'm at the part where you have to kill Cohen's splicers with the waltz playing in the background. I killed them all, Cohen's not talking and nothing's happening. I've tried everything. I restarted, reloaded, saved over another file, shot the bodies again, bought stuff, telekenised the bodies, shot some more stuff and nothing's working. Does anybody have a clue what I should do besides restart Fort Frolic?

    This is after he sends you to kill everybody. This is when he sends the splicers after you in the Atrium, and I've already researched them to the max.
