200 person LAN in Vancouver

Firstly I want to ask the admin if its ok that I post info for our lan here. If not please let me/ PM me :!:. The event is non profit and im only trying to rally the troops.

We are Hosting a 200 person LAN in Vancouver BC. This will be my 14th Lan so expect it to be awesome. We just got confirmation back from our venue week ago so we have just contacted sponsors. were getting ready and letting every one know whats going on.


We are going to host a 24 hour 200 person Lan on March 22/23.
- Admission will be $30 which includes 2 bawls.
- 70mbps internet connection.
- Fiber optic backbone and professional grade cisco catalyst equipment to speed up your file transfers and reduce lag.
- Tournaments and prizes will be announced on the web site with in a month.

    You should really have PMed a mod before posting this, instead of asking in your OP. Bad form.

    That said, I live in Vancouver, so I'll most likely try to make it to this.
