    I used to use an electric razor that I got for christmas one year. Ended up having to use a mach 3 to get my neck since I could never get it smooth enough. I eventually just phased out the electric one completely.

    That's what happened to me. I had a really nice wet/dry Norelco but it never did a very good job on the neck. It was stolen out of my old house and I don't really miss it. Just the $90 it ran me.
