I dunno, evil had some pretty strong powers.
The mayor had several turns of being totally invincible. Literally. nothing could kill him.
Faith joining the mayor increased his powers.
Glory could dodge a kill (and did).
It's always hard to balance when you're trying new stuff out, I suppose.

I think the bad guys had some interesting mechanics.
What I think really threw the balance off was the death of spike, and our side losing conversion powers.
'immortality' only lasted one round, and as someone else said above was really only used to network.
And while the Mayor was fully invincible for four rounds, this doesn't compare to having Fred's invincible shield for three rounds and the ability to bring buffy back to life + make a new slayer.
Ultimately though, it appears everyone enjoyed playing, which is the final word on whether a game is successful.
Thanks a lot neville, and lol! for the time and effort you put into the game. The narrations were entertaining to read and the mechanics were fun to experiment with.
Canti a free agent, whoever controls him controls his power
one person is the Terminal Core, who needs to be activated by being in contact with Canti. The Terminal Core has no powers unless they are in contact with Canti

Bogey has the list.
Nobody knows what the deal is with it taking so long between games.
I would imagine for the same reasons D&D has a delay between games; so the board gets a respite from them. It's cool with CF since it's basically a section for gaming, but with chat/discussion boards, I imagine it's not as desirable a regular sight for the uninitiated.
Of course, that's just my guess, so who knows.
I can attest that Bogey has it all under control; just that his methods remain a mystery. :P
and I might've gotten away with it too, if it weren't for those meddling kids...Darkblade.
Nah, probably not. I knew nothing about you in my description, which set off some alarms when you contacted me, and I saw that you had seen the show extensively, so I was going to test your word by killing at least one good guy, and even then, half the people on our boards were anonymous, myself included.
i still don't get this game. oh well, good wins, apparently.
Read the thread maybe? Y'know, make an active attempt to understand it? It's not that difficult. There's a wikipedia page on it even I think, in case you're actually that much of a mongoloid.

I'm counting 2 minis (at half a game each).
4 or 5 people network when I left, right?
Yeah, most of them were stupid.
EDIT: The ones that didn't PM me, of course.

problem is I have no idea how it'd work
Medical Mechanica vs. Interstellar Immigration
MM: Haruko, Naota, Ninamori, Mamimi
II: Amarao, Kitsurabami, unnamed II agents

Maybe?
shit yes somebody make this now
One thousand years ago, superstition and the sword ruled...
If I said yes then it would ruin the surprise later.
they have one kill every two days, but it is a collaborative kill
put me on there somewhere, I should have one ready by the time it gets around to me
Nobody knows what the deal is with it taking so long between games.
And if anyone says "laziness" they're probably going to get banned and then the next SE++ Phalla is going to get delayed.
So no one does.
I mean, it's not like he has anything to do besides mod this forum and organize the phallas, right?

Stop bitching.
About Whippy, that is.
Seriously. And his job? That can't take more than like 5-10 mins per week, max. :P
free ice cream and pie for everyone
both times? and the time you were afraid to kill people?
:P
Edit: Squashua: I told Projeck that no less than 3 times. I got tired of it, hence why Buffy did nothing on the last day.
