Mac format CD readable in Windows?

I recently uncovered a classic: The Beavis and Butthead screensaver CD, but it's the Mac version, formatted in MacFS, and I cannot read it on my Windows machine.
Is there a program that will read MacFS formatted disks in Windows? I know I can't save the executable (nor would I want to), but if this disc is like the Windows version from back in the day, it has all the .mov files used in the screensaver right there on the disk and I'd very much like to copy 'em to my computer.
