Castlevania SOTN: Stuck at 200.5%

Graaaah! I can't figure this out. I'm playing SOTN on my 360 and comparing my maps (for like an hour) to complete maps found on various internet sites shows that visually my in-game maps are complete. But I'm missing .1% still, which is just one screen. Either I'm blind to a missing square or the game's fun-time-happy-counting map scheme from the PS1 version is still working just fine.

What can I do to recover my last .1%? I've already tried going through all the hidden rooms a couple times over to make sure they were counted but it didn't have an effect. Restarting the game isn't such a bad thing so if comes down to it I will.

You're on the 360 version, right? One thing that threw me at first (in all versions, from the Saturn to PS1 to 360) was to double check that I had been everywhere underwater. In the inverted castle, at the very top of the map, where the underground caves are, I noticed I missed a block or two up there that just required me to super jump up and hit the roof (which is underwater).

How can there possibly be more than 100%?

100% for each castle, with a little bit of bad math thrown in for good measure.
It's worse in the Saturn version where they added areas but didn't change the formula that calculates the percentage.

As for finding that last room, it can be a pain. I've gotten 200.6% on both the PS1 and 360 versions, but even still I'll always end up forgetting a room behind a breakable wall if I start a new game.
I'd recommend finding a map that specifically color codes any rooms behind breakable walls. It's usually one of them (because you'd see doors or missing areas for most normal rooms).

I never had a problem with the inverted water area(I am a gravity-jumping wolf-morphing whore), but one time I did miss a save room for the longest time. It being a different color than the rest on maps always seemed to throw me off.

I think it was the first save in the second area. Scour the save points!
