War Drums: Necessary?

I have read Acts One through Three of the Batman: War Games Series. And was wondering if War Drums was a necessary fixture in the story line or if it's a waste of money on another story I could be buying.

    lawl. Storyline is pretty pointless. That's why I was wondering if War Drums made it worth it.

    Well both are INFINITELY better than War Crimes. But War Drums does have all the Stephanie Brown as Robin stuff in Detective so there's that if that interests you.
