Changing my eating habits back
FandyienBut Otto, what about us? Registered Userregular
So, for most of my life, I've eaten reasonably healthily at a good pace. Over the past year, however, my apetite and eating patterns have shifted significantly, and I really need to get them back in order.
Basically, I wake up around 11:00 and go to bed around 2:00, and in that time I can never make myself eat more than one meal. I've become so used to feeling really hungry that being full feels decidedly unnatural. I've found that if I smoke enough weed, I can usually eat and feel comfortable, but without that I just have no motivation to eat anything.
I've lost a shitload of weight due to this, and it's starting to concern me and the people around me. How can I go about restoring my apetite? I have already concluded a good first step would be exercise, since that burns plenty of calories and actually makes me need energy.
