    Yeah, there was also that angle. It's just like an extra layer of insult. Although, honestly, a large percentage of what goes in Kenpo schools now is an insult to Parker's life's work anyway. Buncha pussies slapping themselves really fast and engaging in armchair karate, babbling about how they would deal with some situation and obviously saying they'd do shit that they wouldn't really be able to do when the time came.

    do you remember way back when you and i chewed out this one dude who claimed his school of karate was totally legit even though it was made up by some dude who promoted himself to 30th degree blackbelt or something ridiculous?

    it had a hilarious wikipedia page

    I think that's happened more than once...

    I remember BHealey said he did Kenpo and his school's page was all "WE ARE DIRECT PARKER LINEAGE AND WE DO IT BY THE BOOK" and I was like "man who cares about that crap?"

    But then he explained that there was another school in his town run by a Parker green belt or something who self-promoted to like fifth black or some ridiculously high rank like that. So in light of that, I guess it makes sense.

    Yeah I remember the one with you twirling your hair on Ron Paul's desk.

    I mean I guess they could've changed a few words and names around.

    But really, if you want to do that, pretty much all of these erotic fanfics are the same but with different names. And then we can extend this to literature having certain tried-and-true frameworks and formulas and so on.

    fun fact: fanfiction.net actually has a written policy specifically forbidding people from just taking the same fic and changing the character names and posting it in multiple categories

    because i mean

    if you're going to have harry and draco jerking each other off

    it doesn't change the content much if you use ctrl+h to change the names to two other male characters
