Need digital signage solution

Hey All

I run a Cheerleading/Gymnastics Gym and I want to move away from paper bulletin boards (digital seems so much cooler and easy to update).

Solution needs to be:
- Cheap or free (<$100)
- easy to update (the people updating it will not be techies)

Any and all ideas welcome.

Are you thinking those Scrolling LED types or full LCD displays? I don't think you could get either for that kind of budget.

I am thinking the LCD screen.

I guess I was a bit to vague.

Total budget = $700
26-30 inch LCD = $400 - $500
Mounting Bracket = $100 - $150
Software = 0$ - $100


I can find everything else within my budget, it is the software that is killing me. I am seeing prices from $599 - $999 (not even including the people who say to call them for a price).
