CRM System?

So, I'm interviewing for a job where they're looking for someone to work with a CRM system. I'm pretty sure I've got some experience I can spin into being CRM (really, it's basically the same thing), but is there anything specific I need to know about that sort of system that someone who'd been using the things in a more technical setting would have immediately spring to mind, or seem natural? For those of you intimately familiar with them, what would you be looking for in someone you're hiring to work with them?

My only experience with CRM is doing the legal crap on a bunch of outsourcing contracts. Tons and tons of money to SAP and Indian development houses. I think it is a pretty big arena. If you are managing some project I suspect blabbing about six sigma and whatnot might get you some traction.
