Penny Arcade featured German PC game about 4 years ago...

There was a German PC game featured here on Penny Arcade about 4-5 years ago, and I'm trying to figure out what the hell it was.
All I can remember is that it was a 3d multi-player puzzle/strategy game where you controlled these solid color/cell shaded blocks, and it was made from a German developer.

Anyone remember this? O_o

    Sounds something like Darwinia, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

    The game was Carcassonne Online I believe.

    Thanks for the replies guys!

    Unfortunately none of those are them. The game was 3D and the blocks in the game were solid colors that you stacked. (not sure what you did with them though)
