OK, so this is what I can remember about the game.
There was a green monster on the front of the box. (actually the monster might have been on the back of the box)
There were a lot of corridors mostly with white walls.
I think it was on ms-dos but it might have been for windows 95 I'm not sure.
It was in first person view but I can't remember if it was a shooter.
I actually played this game when I was younger. Got it in a box of Chex cereal. It was actually a pretty good Doom ripoff that wasn't that bad.
The opening cutscene was especially bad-ass with an intergalactic council of Breakfast Cereals sending in their elite Chex warriors to defeat some..... actually, never mind. It was cool when I was a little kid.
I've got one!
It was a top down rpg/strategy game, and then it went to side scrolling monster killing action. Was on a sega system of ye olde times perhaps? I could be imagining it though, and if so I need to get it made..

I know what you're talking about, but I can't think of the name...

Sounds a bit like Sword of Vermillion, which I only recently rediscovered thanks to another thread. Top-down in towns, firsp-person in dungeons and side-on for fights, though admittedly it didn't actually scroll in the fights.

It was called Corporation.
Heres the case:
Well this looks like it might be it, but according to wikipedia it wasn't on pc so I'm not sure.
Edit: ok I found it, it's was actually cyber-cop which is another name for corporation.

The basis of the game was that semicircles were on the screen, and were re-drawn by a looping snake-line
if any lines became a full circle, you were supposed to click on them
