Getting my bluetooth headset to auto-connect

I have a PLT 510 bluetooth headset, and a dongle for my PC running the Widcomm bluetooth drivers. My problem is, despite Widcomm showing the headset as paired, when I switch it on and it tries to connect to my PC the Widcomm drivers ask for a pin code to be entered each time.
Is there some way to get the drivers to auto-input the pin code so the headset will just connect when I turn it on?
