cheap web hosting.

I'm looking for a cheap solution for web hosting. Basically I want something that's web accessible to upload several medium-large(50 meg or so) videos for streaming purposes. No frills necessary just a solid reliable server that can handle streaming video well enough.

    I think google also has a "site builder" [for free?]

    If you want to stream video, youtube doens't work? I know they used to have a limit.
