[Name ON] Unknown Oldschool Shooter

I think this one is going to be tough, but I believe in you guys. It is an oldschool vertically scrolling shooter. I actually can't remember if you shoot anything at all, but it played like a shooter. I believe it was on the apple2. The same system that I played swashbuckler on back when floppies were floppy. The screen scrolled up and you needed to avoid hitting the walls (I think they were bright green) while they gradually closed. I believe the game was actually broken, because it gets to a point where there is nowhere to go, the walls close in and you die. I have looked through lists of apple 2 games and didn't see it. I hope you guys have more luck than I did.
