From XoB no less. Who'd a thunk?

March 25: Okami from Capcom -- Reconfirmed for March. Now, can we get some screenshots or something?
March: HEAVENLY GUARDIAN from UFO INTERACTIVE GAMES -- Yay, Kiki Kai World lives.
Spring: Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel from Nintendo -- Still no final date, but reconfirmed for Spring.
Summer: Active Life: Outdoor Challenge from Namco Bandai Games America Inc. -- Yes, it's the rebirth of the Power Pad.
Q2: Wii Fit from Nintendo -- Finally gets some kind of nailed-down release window.

Okami and Mario Kart excite me. Looks like the next few months will be pretty good for Wii.
And a new Garfield game comes out in February, so something for hardcore gamers too.

What the hell? I've been bugging EB Games about this for a the last little while and everything's been pointing to......today actually. I may have to call them again.

And where the hell is the Williams Pinball Collection for Wii? I'm sure it's an incomplete list, but there's two other pinball games listed up there.

yes, the list of major games is somewhat odd.

hadn't heard about it til seeing this list, but Baroque looks like it might an interesting offering from Atlus.

argh, even though it's not online I know I'm gonna end up getting FF:CC for the ds. It better be as cool as the gc one.

    I'm excited:

January: No More Heroes from Ubisoft
March 9: Super Smash Bros. Brawl from Nintendo
    March 25: Okami from Capcom
April 15: Castle of Shikigami III from Aksys Games
May: King of Fighters: The Orochi Saga from SNK Playmore

March 25: Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword from Tecmo, Inc.

For those in particular. Yeah there are some other good things coming out, of course, but those are my definite picks.

Also, Orochi Saga for the fucking win. Even though it's KOF 95, 96, and 97. It'll compliment my recent KOF'94 VC purchase quite nicely.

Wii games I'd buy for $15 but won't hit that price until their sequels come out in 2014:

    Wii:
Feb. 26: (DRAGON QUEST SWORDS) The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors from Square Enix
    March 25: Okami from Capcom
Spring: Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel from Nintendo
    Q2: Wii Fit from Nintendo

    Nintendo DS:
Jan. 21: Advance Wars: Days of Ruin from Nintendo/Intelligent Systems
    January: N+ from Atari
Feb. 5: Nanostray 2 from Majesco Entertainment
Feb. 10 (street date): Professor Layton and the Curious Village from Nintendo/LEVEL-5
Feb. 12: Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney from Capcom
March 25: Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword from Tecmo, Inc.
Q2: Bangai-O Spirits from D3 Publisher of America

Were the only real things to catch my eye as things I might buy, though I'll be keeping my eye on Shikigami/Blast Works for my next shmup fix and Nitro Bike as a possible "online ExciteTruck" endeavor. Of course, money is in a ridiculously tight, so what I'll actually end up getting is only either DQ Swords or Ninja Gaiden DS. :(

Mario Kart doesnt need to be in Spring. With Smash being pushed back into March, Mario Kart could safely fill the void later in the year, especially with systems still being short. Launch it near a new Nintendogs in a DS style one-two punch.

Or maybe I'm just paranoid about what the Q3-4 situation looks like.

Eh. I'm sure that there's some aces up the sleeve when press conference season rolls around. Nintendo may have had a big 2007-early 2008, but I'll tell you that third parties more than likely looked at the monster sales this past year and started up some projects for next holiday season.

Coincidentally, calling it early (though I'm not claiming insider info or anything): Star Fox and Animal Crossing Wii announced/shown this year, and one of them's released in the holidays.
