Binding mouse clicks to keyboard?

I need to bind right click to the keyboard (With MouseKeys, numpad5 is left click and that's fine for me.), but I need to map it to one key, not a combination (ctrl+numpad5, as Mousekeys has it) and binding a key to ctrl+numpad5 in Setpoint doesn't work (Nor does attempting to bind it to right click). Is there any way to do this in Windows? Alternately, is there a program that can do this?

Thanks in advance, guys.

delicious.

google "autohotkey", first result - it takes a bit of know-how to get it to do what you want but it works great
