What is a good program to download and use for minor over locking of CPU and Memory? I am aware this is at my own risk. I would appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction.

You have to do it through your motherboard BIOS. Any software solution I've heard about (nVidia has one with their mobos) simply doesn't work.

Reboot your PC and push whatever button gets you into Settings, usually it's F2 or something. You'll be able to overclock from there, although exactly what you need to change is going to depend heavily on your BIOS.

You may want to look around here and see if anyone has a guide for your particular motherboard. They'll also recommend some basic monitoring programs that'll help you check temperatures and clock speeds after you've OCed.
