Well I do know your stomach and intestines slow down and don't do as much work digesting food when you are sleeping, so I would suggest taking a multi-vitamin in the morning. You body will absorb it, so no worries and don't over-think it.
Oh, and Centrum is a good brand. Don't buy any vitamins with more than 100% of the Daily Required/Recommended Amount. Your body will just make any extra into waste since it only needs a maximum of certain vitamins and minerals per day.
Thanks, I forgot about that in health class. That's why they tell people to eat smaller dinners if they want to lose weight since the body starts to take a break.
