A program for downloading video/audio podcasts?

Is there a good, free program I can use to subscribe to video/audio podcasts with and have it download them automatically? I assumed iTunes would do this, so I tried to sign up for the 1up Show in iTunes and I realised I had to sign up and consequently enter my credit card information. I don't think they're going to start charging me or anything, I just want to give them that information if I don't have to.

So basically I'd like a simple program that'll keep track of video podcasts and audio podcasts and download them for me when they become available so that I can watch them.

You could try Juice. I don't know if it works with videos, but it works great with audio, and it's free & cross-platform.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?

Pocketcasts has a web player that can also sync to phones. There's a trial and they say they 'ask' for $9.
