is anyone playing this still? downloading it now 83% done only another 10 minutes, used to play it back when it was space cowboy and loved it. The built in mp3 player is awesome, children of bodom + dogfight = win.
Space Cowboy was one of the better free MMOs to come from Asia, so this restart should be fun enough. I'll put a link to this thread in the Uber List, so don't look surprised when dozens of people start posting here.

I check the uber list I haven't played a game on it but when I'm bored I look through it and ponder if I should download one before returning to dwarf fortress. Someday I'll check one out, I promise.:)

I'm wondering, though. I'm like level 13, and all the game's been so far is "Go kill these AI controlled dudes that barely fight back and bring me some shit." When do I get to the huge aerial battles featuring dozens of players around a titanic capital ship of some kind?

Neat fact. I failed the tutorial once, because I fired missiles at the ground (was not supposed to, apparently) and I got the failed message, which was, SURPRISE! in Japanese.
Yeah I wanna know that too. I heard there was gonna be a character wipe right awhile ago so I stopped playing cause I didn't want to put in a lot of effort before the wipe.

You may have also noticed that we have opened the second server "Orion" some days ago. You can use one account to play on both servers, but there is no link between the worlds, so you have to build independent gears on each server.

I think I'll give this a try. Sounds like it could be good, but is it going to get to the point where they start charging monthly fees or is this one of those free MMORPGs?

Man, I used to have FLAMING BURNING PASSION for this game, but now it's more like smoldering embers, can't seem to get into it as well as SCO for some reason. So, is the PA brigade (or was is squad) on BCU or ANI?

I had played the SCO beta, and I really enjoyed it. It also seems like the 'Air Rivals' team (whatever their formal name is) have added a lot to it. Hopefully the experience is as good as it was before.

EDIT: Now it won't download past 1%. Great.
Have you tried the torrent? It's linked to on the download page of the website. It went amazingly fast for me.
Tried it. 2 seeds. Ouch. Anyway, the download just started working incredibly quickly for no particular reason. Very odd. Level 9 I-Gear
