Cpu fan poblem

My cpu up and died on me and i replaced it with a thermolake R1. After instal it would randomly start screeching very loudly at random intervals. I brought it back to the store and got a new one but it is doing the same thing. It is not a loud fan noise but a screeching nearly vibration noise. A have a nforce socket 939 amd board. Any help would be cool
