I say popular things meant to appease the majority
That is probably the best video out of the three dozen or so I've seen in the last couple days. Obama is a scary good public speaker. Everytime I hear him speak, I almost remember that it's the american people that power this country, and not the current jackboot regime.
I really am swung by the fact that he can speak on his feet and is willing to make the tough speeches where they are needed most, as opposed to where they will be welcomed most. We could really use a straight-talking, cut-to-the-chase leader.
Oh, and Far Side, what is your problem with the south?

To be honest, I'm all for the eradication of the racists scum down here of all breeds, but what about the thinking majority that has been suffering under the stereotypes of racism and ignorance (both racial and intellectual) for generations?
