Are you averse to growing it out? I have wavy blond hair too, and I like the kinda "messy" look it has when it's been allowed to grow out for a period of time. Nothing too long, but past the ears for sure. I just got a haircut today, and I can still pull the front of it down over my eyes. I think it looks best that way.
I don't really mind the long hair look, I just hate having hair fall in my eyes. Also Megaman, I'm working on growing a beard.
I'm not saying this to be mean, and I humbly apologize if you take offense to this, but that is not a beard, that is facial pubes. Ladies find that appalling, and you likely need to shave a few more times before you can grow a proper beard. Believe me, I suffer the same problem, and as awesome as you may think it is, other people don't view your beard with the same ruggedness you personally attribute to it. To grow a true beard that'll make all the ladies swoon over your ruggedness, you have to have an even, non-patchy growth, and at this point, you do not have that. Do them a favour, and wait a bit before trying to grow out facial hair. Don't worry, many fine ladies will dig the clean shaven look in the meantime.

I have to add in and beg you to abort the operation immediately. Even impressive neck beards are still neck beards, and there appear to be big patches of no growth in yours.
As for your hair, what does your hairline look like? If there's any sort of a peak, the longer hair does a nice job of covering it. A brush cut would highlight it, so if you must go much shorter shave your head entirely.
Aiiee, cut your hair, please. What you have now is just a tiny smidge away from a mullet, and rather a greasy mullet at that. At least trim the back shorter.
Oh, and shave. Euw. I like beards normally, but yours looks terrible. Smile in your pictures, too!

It looks good, but if anything the front needs to grow out more. Use a light hair wax or something to style the front parts away from your eyes. The back could use a bit off, though.
Of course, I may be biased as I wear my hair about that long, only the front grows halfway down to my jaw. :P

If you just let that keep growing without doing anything to it, you're going to end up with, well...that.

As for the whole beard thing. , maybe I'll do something about it. But focus less on that and more on the hair please.
