Hey guys,
Recently I've been having a problem (for the past week and a half) where my stomach is making this loud rumbling sound throughout the day. It sucks because it'll be really quiet in class and my stomach just rumbles and makes me feel embarrassed. At first I thought it was something I ate. So the next day I switched everything up. And I was still getting it (worse, even) so I decided to have a small breakfast (ate an Apple) and then a sandwich from subway. Still got it.
My normal breakfast (that I've been having for the past 3 or 4 months):
Cereal with Soy Milk (since I'm Lactose Intolerant)
Glass of Orange Juice
My normal lunch (that I've been having for probably years, haha):
From Qdoba: Naked Chicken Fajita Ranchera (Basically: rice, fajitas, hot sauce, chicken, lettuce, and tomato salsa)
Dinner is a variety of whatever I can pick up to eat.
Even after doing #2 in the bathroom, I still have the issue. I don't think it's gas because I don't feel like I have to pass gas. But even if I do, it's still making noises.
I know it seems really silly, but it's starting to disrupt my behavior in class. I get up and go to the bathroom once or twice per class now to hopefully settle it. I feel like an idiot asking for help here already, so please keep the "LOL GAS" posts out. I need a legitimate answer if possible.
Does beano actually work for a stomach that makes noises? Haha. If it helps, I drink a lot of water, and two cups of coffee a day (with non-dairy creamer). If you have any slight idea, I'm open to any suggestions.
(I feel really bad for having to make a thread like this... I do. Especially when there's more "serious" H/A threads out there.)

I leave so I don't get embarrassed in the middle of class.
I try to pass gas, but even after I do it still rumbles afterward.
