Finding an Old Game...

My brother had a game on his Windows 95 computer, and I've been trying to track it down. I was pretty young, so I don't remember too much about it except it that was entertaining... What I do know: It was a side scroll game involving either a motorcycle or a dirt bike, I'm leaning towards motorcycle. You had to collect apples for points (or to pass the level, not sure), and I believe you could custom-make your own levels. Sound familar to anyone?

I remember that if your bike ended up upside-down, you crashed and had to start the level over. There was a heavy exhaggeration of the bike's shocks, and you could go up ramps and gain ridiculous speed, do flips, lean the bike forward and backward to maneuver onto ledges, etc
