Help me with this image

So I saw an image I would like to get a print of. Problem is, the only one I can find on the web is of such low quality I can't imagine getting a decent large print of it. If someone could tell me where to find a high res version of this image, or who drew/made it, or if prints of it sell online, I would appreciate it.

I already tried googling but my intarweb search skillz are teh suck.

    Anyway, where did you find that thumbnail image? Maybe the source can help enlighten you as to where you might find the original?

    Well actually I saw the image at a christian supply store once and it is supposed to be Jesus saving a young man that has been crucified (he has stake holes in hands and feet). I found it quite homoerotic and the irony of the piece makes me want to own a copy. I can't check again with the store I originally saw it for sale at since it was on a trip out of town.
