I am looking into purchasing a new motherboard (which requires that I also buy new ram) that will be compatable with my new AMD 6000+ processor.
I am wondering if anyone can tell me if this combo will be compatable with the gear that I already have.
These are the parts I'm looking at ordering:
Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131172
Ram:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098
This is what I already have
Video Card:
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130318
Processor:
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103773
If anyone can tell me:
1. Is the Ram compatable with the motherboard.
2. If the motherboard is compatable with the video card.

The RAM you picked is DDR2 and the notch lines up with the slot on the motherboard. You ought to be fine there.
Same with the videocard - it's designed for a PCI-E x16 slot, and that's what the mobo has.
