PA Clothing Question

I never bought any clothing online before, but man, that The Black Mantle Zip Up Hoodie is really calling to me. Before I take the plunge, I have a couple of questions maybe someone of you guys could help me out with.

1) What's the general quality of their clothing? Like the feel of it, is it comfortable, etc?
2) Something else that worries me is not being able to try it. Sometimes a Large can really mean a medium if you guys know what I mean. Is that the case here? What's the refund/exchange in case it doesn't fit me.
3) Anyone have any pictures of the Hoodie in question? The shop only has drawings, so I really want to see what in looks like on a person.

I can't speak for the hoodies, but I bought 2 T-shirts from the Penny Arcade store and they've been excellent quality/comfort etc.

They have a 30-Day refund/exchange period provided you haven't opened the package, but I don't think there's much you can do if you try it on and it doesn't fit you. I made a mistake on my order (accidentally ordered one of the shirts in a small) and filled out a customer service form thing on the site about an exchange but unfortunately the response e-mail came an hour or two after the one telling me my order had shipped, and as mine was an international order, a return within 30 days wasn't exactly feasible.

As for sizing, I'm about 6'0", 155 lbs and a slim build and I have a small and a medium. The small is a very tight fit but not too small, and the medium is a comfortable fit without being baggy. The sizing chart on the store's FAQ is a pretty accurate guide. Again, I don't know about the hoodies specifically but given they give the same information on the sizing chart for t-shirts and hoodies it's safe to assume they're at least similar. My experience from Penny Arcade and another site I ordered clothing from is that sizes are pretty much what you'd expect them to be, though tending towards being a little bit smaller than what you'd find in a store.

I have one of the original Fruit Fucker shirts, and it fits a little strangely. The shirt almost seems really wide and short. However, that might be an old shirt type (this was 6 years ago). The quality though was great.

I've got I think... four PA shirts? They're uniformly higher quality than most printed t-shirts. Decent weight to the cotton, reasonable fit for the listed size. I would say that you'd find that a large is definitely indeed a large with these shirts. I only have t-shirts though.
