The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Someone linked one of our images to these forums and judging by the traffic it seems like this is a pretty hot spot. Anyone who's a political gamer can check out our latest work Full Contact Debate which is a free multiplayer game featuring the political candidates from the 2008 presidential race. The game plays like a cross between Halo and Super Smash Bros. It features great physics, team based multiplayer, hidden areas, an email award system, and real time stat tracking that translates directly to the polls on our website.
Currently, Ron Paul is leading the charge in our polls though Obama has been making a comeback this past weekend. We don't have too many players right now since we just went open beta last Wednesday. The game's not perfect but it'll be constantly evolving all the way up till the election in November and we'll be constantly adding new modes, maps, weapons, secrets, and political figures.
Just make sure to exempt from any firewalls. If the game isn't actually exempted for some reason it crashes the server between rounds. We're looking into this but as far as we can tell disabling the firewall doesn't seem to help, the program actually has to be exempted and Vista doesn't seem to even give a warning to unblock like XP did. Anyway other than that things have gone pretty smooth since we went open beta so come on in, have fun, and participate by ... gasp ... playing!
