Xbox 360 Controller Help!

Hi,

So, I get my second 360 in the mail from Warranty today. Boots up fine, HOWEVER, the controller constantly disconnects.

Tried new batteries, same thing. Bought a new controller, same thing. Any ideas? I'm really starting to hate this whole warranty process, takes like a month to get a console back.

    I am having the same problem with my secondary Halo3 controller...my black one that came with the Elite doesnt do this...so I doubt that it is interference...

    Every controller you try connects and then disconnects shortly after, even though you've used different batteries with full charge? Send it back again and say what's what.
