I'm wanting to take out certain sections of a song to use as a message alert tone on my mobile phone, but i can't seem to find a program for cropping out parts of songs. I tried Audacity but that won't run .wma files or .m4a files! Any help, guys?

Thanks in advance.

for wma files you could just get a wma-mp3 converter and then do it in audacity. I'm pretty sure there are free ones out there. As for your itunes music, download a free virtual cd burner and burn them into mp3's. That's what I did and it worked good.
