looking for gamers in edmonton.

Is it just me or are they thin on the ground up here in the cold wasteland????
Basically brawl is coming out and I'm wondering if there is any sort of university group, club etc, since I've been here a year and a half and know like...2 gamers if that...

Now these boards are peopled with fine upstanding gamers, some of you have to know the Edmonton Gaming scene, right?

    Grant Macewan used to have a games club a couple years ago, but I can't seem to find any mention of it now so I don't know if it still exists =/ if you're a pc gamer at all fragapalooza is at the end of july, its a good place to meet other gamers, last year they had wii sports tournaments and smash bros melee running on a projector the entire time too. I'm sure there *must* be something i'm not aware of, but the gamer population does seem to be somewhat sparse up here
