[WoW] Linux/Wine Performance?

So I've decided to make the jump to Linux full time now. I've got a Fedora 8 distro, got Wine all setup, installed and patched WoW and everything works...okay.

Right now I'm hovering around 20fps. I'd like to boost this up a little.

My current rig looks like,

AM2 3800+ Dual Core
2 gigs of ram
7600gt

Any other Linux WoW'er out there? What kind of performance do you get?

Have you tried Cedega? I did a little searching...found this thread on LinuxQuestion.org.
On my Slackware 11 machine, Cedega just blows away WINE while running games. World of Warcraft was playable under WINE, sure, but when I ran it under Cedega I actually got higher FPS then I did under XP.

It's not free as in beer though....$15. Last time I tried it there was a trial mode that let it run with a giant watermark over the screen. Might try that to see if you get better performance.

WoWWiki has a fair bit of info about running and optimizing WoW via Wine - http://www.wowwiki.com/Linux/Wine. Been thinking about having a go for the hell of it, but haven't got around to it yet.
