Gaming Ringtones, and other SFX

I know we have had similar threads about this, but the damn search isn't working for me.

I just got a new cell phone (well, I bought it off of my friend)... Sony-Ericsson K790a if you are interested. And I love it. Of course, this makes me want all kinds of new and unique ringtones. I just can't resist.

Anyways, so far, I have the Codec from MGS, Achievement Unlocked, Transformers Transform sound, and my favorite ringtone of all time, the one Jason Statham's character used in Crank. I also have a bunch of custom ringtones that I made in iTunes from songs, etc.

Any other wicked ones you think I should have? I am trying to find the XBOX360 power-on sound, but can't find it anywhere.

P.S. If you need to know how to make custom ringtones in iTunes, it's easy and I can tell you, or you can search Google. Also, if you have a Sony-Ericsson phone, and can't use custom ringtones, I can tell you how to get around that too.

Thanks.

Must get the Cisco phone ringtone from 24. Simple but so much better then many regular ringtones included on phones today.

GLaDOS is the obvious choice. As are the turrets, I'm sure you could find suitable quotes and sound clips.

Awesome phone man, I have the same one. The first thing I recommend is to get a case of ebay. Search for "k790a hard rubber case" It's probably the best phone case ever. I'm looking at my ringtones:
    Halo theme
    Imperial march
    naruto theme
    numa numa song
    still alive piano version
star trek computer saying "incoming subspace signal"
star craft terran's computer saying, "receiving incoming transmission"
the ringtone used in the tv show, "the unit"
    the office theme song
    walker texas ranger theme
    firefly theme
and some other miscellaneous ones. I wish I knew how to host stuff so you can pick and choose the ones you want, but I could upload them in pack or something if you want them. But all those I made myself using Audacity and google searches.

For the startup sound, I can heartily recommend the initiation sequence from Mechwarrior 2: "reactor, online; sensors, online; weapons, online; all systems nominal. *ba-dreep-beep*"

I've been hunting for the MGS Codec Ring myself. Anyone have a suggestion on where to find it?

I use the victory fanfare from FF6, but any of them would do.
And I totally thought of this before I saw Advent Children, dammit.

Wow. Thanks for providing me the one slice of internets I needed. Much appreciated.

Loads of stuff to be found here:

    http://www.vgmusic.com/

I use StarFox (Snes) tracks for ringtones, message alerts, etc. They sound good, has the retro geek cool, and are quite subtle. I hate ringtones that make everyone around you stop what they're doing and stare at you.

    "Hey! Listen!"

...I got nothing. My phone's always on silent alert, so it sounds either like a strangled duck or a sheep in a well depending on which surface it's resting on.

This is what I use on my phone. Short, simple, and still cool.
