Theming Software

Hello PA, Orwell here with a bit of a dilemma. I'm looking for a FREE third party theming software to customize my desktop and make it look great. I'm really trying to avoid spending money to get this software and I would appreciate if you could possibly send me some links or something. If you could send me a link then I would be really pleased. Any help would be appreciated

    Yes, just patch your uxtheme.dll. And as for the themes themselves, DeviantArt has the best Windows Visual Styles that I know of.
