so lately a group of people at the community college I attend have been vandalizing my car. today I got out of class and my driver's side door was keyed a few times and my right back tire was deflated. the parking lot on campus is not monitored. i know who it is and why they're doing it (i'm bisexual, they're homophobic - oddly, I never even told anyone on this campus, they viewed my facebook, which I'm definitely going to get rid of now) but I don't have any evidence. is there a cheap way to protect my car from this in the future? some kind of camera?
edit: it is worth noting i do not have a darwin fish or any other sort of shit on my car. it's just a car.
That is weird, a buddy of mine here in Austin had his car vandalized along with a few others on campus. They didnt have it quite as bad though. Someone decided to just take a black sharpy and go to town.
Is this a coincidence or some weird underground fight club shit going on here?

well I'm all the way over in Lexington NC so that'd be pretty impressive :P
If you know who it is, why haven't you called the cops? Depending on the state this is a hate crime, too.
'cause I have no evidence, just "my car was keyed, and also this one dude and his friends don't like me, therefore..."
You could put any kind of camera in there really. However, if I was an asshole and I noticed a camera in your car as I was vadalizing it I would break into your car and steal the camera as well.
I know you don't feel that have enough evidence to go to the police, but couldn't you talk to the school? At the least they could let security know so that they pay more attention to it.
I would offer to hang out by your car and kick ass, but NC is pretty far from AZ. Wanna spring for a plane ticket?

Seriously, this. If someone is harassing you by destroying your property and is continuing to harass you, especially because of your sexual orientation, then you need to call the police and report what is happening and who you believe is doing it.
One more vote on the police front. Go into the situation fully understanding that there probably isn't much that the police can do, but absolutely start a paper trail. If some asshole is stupid and aggressive enough to vandalize your car because of your sexual orientation, there is the potential for the situation to escalate. At some point, this person could make a mistake and you could have evidence enough to seek legal action and having a paper trail that clearly states that you were having issues with the guy. Even if there is no evidence to support it will help your case. Shit, maybe the police know this guy. Just do it, it can't hurt you!

it's not an evidence situation
yeah they might give you the run around but you don't need evidence to report suspicion
they viewed my facebook, which I'm definitely going to get rid of now
How did they get to your facebook? In general, the bisexual community is pretty small (at least compared to the heterosexual community) so I don't think hiding yourself is very advantageous to you. Was your profile public? I don't think anyone of any gender or sexuality should allow non-friends to actually view their profile. And I don't necessarily see anything wrong with making your profile invisible to everyone who isn't your friend, and just friending people you meet in real life. Just a thought regarding online privacy.
If you talk to campus security, ask them if you can start parking somewhere regularly so that they can keep an eye on your car. They may want you to park it away from everyone else so they'd have a clear view of anyone fucking with it.

Won't happen. A lot of times the parking lot is an "at your own risk" deal.

And call the cops. It's about all you can do.

Could just cover it up so it wasn't very visible.
