I remember a while back reading an interview with Warren Spector, and he mentioned something to do with ratings/censorship.
He said that he was told that if he removed blood from Deus Ex it would get a lower rating, but he didn't want to because even if that would have been less violent, he didn't want kids to have to worry about complex stuff like "Can I trust my government?".
Any ideas?
