Make Post Formatting Buttons

None of the buttons seem to be working for me, aside from submit and preview. Also, the formatting when I try to quote something looks really different, with a lot of extra tags that I used to not see in there. Was something reset with the recent forum work? Perhaps an option that I can change on my own or something.Anyhoo...

    Actually I think it just has something to do with the explorer 8 or whatever the hell it is I use at work. Firefox appears to be fine.
