We're aiming for a mid-century, multi-country atmosphere in the bakery I work for. Think French/Italian cafe style. I already have an ipod packed with jazz and enough Sinatra to choke a horse, but I need other countries to be represented. So far this has involved picking up some Louis Pima, Yann Tiersen, and plenty of Edith Piaf. Also a bit of Maurice Chevalier. I need more though, anything French or Italian from the 40's and 50's. Accordions are a plus. Low quality recordings, like it just came out of an old Victrola, also a plus. Nothing too bombastic, just, music to eat bread and pastry to.

Ok H/A, time to impress me.
