    Seriously?

    The Cat and every 20 something guy on this forum never got along, myself included, but she never took mod powers to a personal level. She was actually one of the better mods. That kind of sucks.

    cat jailed me once. cat was nice to me, I think, even if I do make sometimes off colour jokes.

    but most importantly she made me feel as stupid as I should have for spelling it "rediculous". Ever since then I've been extremely careful with my spelling in all areas.

    here's to hoping she's still around, just with less responsibility.

    The Cat's moderation was rad and I hope that the drama and commentary that spiraled out of it was not stressful in the least for her. I too hope she continues to post, because she's a role model of mine and also because now, if she just ups and stops posting, I will fear that she will appear, gun in tow, to punish me for a comment I made about penises without knowing any better.

    I met the cat one time. She was a nice lady with rocking biceps and she tried to introduce me to Steve Irwin. Also, she hated fat kids with bad haircuts.

    The Cat jailed me twice (out of the three times I got jailed). Ironically, this happened within months of me getting made a moderator, after, like, three years of a totally clean record.

    So, Cat, I thank you for your magical jailing/moderator-making powers. And you will be missed. And not just because this fucks up our forumer affirmative-action plan.

    I think if I were a mod I would attempt to jail you. It would be a blast! Of course it wouldn't work, but I would try new and inventive things to try to get it to. It would be much like Wiley Coyote and Road Runner.

    I seem to be the only damn one here who never got jailed or infracted or even threatened by The Cat, and also the only one who didn't like her modding. I do like her posts when they're not threatening to ban someone (sometimes because they're incisive, sometimes because they're so very not) so I hope she continues posting regularly.
