Should Jacen Solo die, or live on in the books?

In my opinion,(go ahead,flame me) I think he should live. In Star Wars,there is always a referance to the balance of the force,so its only natural that the Sith Shall rise again.The Jedi order has stood too long, and therefore be decimated.Also,if they killed Solo/Darth Caedus, they would be,in my view,contradicting themselves.They made him learn all these force abilities that no Jedi can match,and even Luke Skywalker admits that he cannot defeat him. However,I do wonder if he did die,who would take him down.I can actually see a non-jedi killing him,such as Han,or even his daughter. Killing Jacen Solo is waste(in my view)for all the work they put into his"Sithness" and to do it would be worse than the release of Spiderman 3
