i've got a router, a desktop, a laptop and a PS3, but only one ethernet cord long enough to reach any of these devices - the laptop and PS3 both have wireless capabilities so its not a big deal.
I'm trying to play a fighting game on the PS3 (Tekken DRO) and as any fighting vet knows, even a single frame can cost you a round. Basically, everytime I play Tekken I swap out whichever computer is using the ethernet and plug it into the PS3 for a more reliable connection.
The problem: Everytime I want to switch the PS3 back to wireless, I have to enter its WEP key again, which is aggravating.
Is there a 'remember my wep key' button or something I'm missing that would make this process simpler? A solution of sorts? I'd settle for being able to copy/paste the key out of an email from the PS3's browser but that's impossible afaik.
I'd love to be the one disappoint you when I don't fall down
Guess I'm stuck putting it in everytime? I tried looking for somekind of always on wireless based on my PS3's mac adress but found nothing in the router firmware, if such a thing is even possible

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
