ESRB confirms Dragon Quest IV DS for NA! (Chapters of the Chosen)

So first came this Siliconera story that said Square-Enix registered a trademark for "Chapters of the Chosen," which some people naturally suspected to be the North American release title for Dragon Quest IV DS. Now a forumer on GAF confirmed the suspicion by finding an ESRB rating for the game.

Hell yes, motherfuckers! Dragon Quest IV is still my end-all-be-all for JRPGs, and the DS version is apparently a very good port with really fast battles. I only hope and pray for a summer release. It was almost assumed the game was going to make it stateside, but it's still excellent to have those thoughts reaffirmed. Now bring DQV and VI!

    Dragon Quest IV was easily the best 8-bit JRPG around so I'm really excited about this portable remake.

    When they announced that FF4 for DS was coming out in English, all I could think was "Fuck Final Fantasy, where's my Dragon Quest?!" I am so happy that we're getting this.

    Is it confirmed that the Fifth Chapter lets you manually control your party members? Because that was the thing I wanted most of all.

    Yes. Also unlike using the Game Genie to do it in DW IV they rebalanced the difficulty.

    DW IV without the AI support is retardedly easy because of the power of some of those moves that were only supposed to happen randomly.
