So I called a person today at work and asked for them. The name included the following letters in order: LUDER
Now, normally, a name like this is pronounced "Loo-dur" b/c of the absence of an additional D, which would make it "lud-dur."
Today, I corrected a 50 year old person on how to pronounce his last name. And I did it within the confines of accepted FDCPA guidelines. Take that, ignorance!
