I have been told, in no uncertain terms, that threads regarding movies belong in this forum so here goes. Just got back from watching Iron Man. Pretty good despite being an origin picture. I'd say the movie's worth your money for Robert Downey, Jr. alone but I might be in the minority on that one. If you do go see it, make sure you can stay through the credits as you'll receive a nice little present.

It is still very much on-topic, actually, and posting in it would always be better, in the long run, than starting a new one.
This is because your conclusion rests on false premises.

I see that it is now. For some reason, the last page it took me to was eleven instead of sixteen. That aside, I still don't see why it's better to post in that thread than start a new one for people who will see the movie in the next couple of days.
But how do you define movie?
Certainly people in the early twentieth century referred to movies as "talkies" and "moving picture shows", likely because they contained moving pictures and had too much talking and too few titties.
I submit to you that the other thread putatively on the subject of this "Iron Man" fellow concerns itself with a "trailer", which is IN FACT nothing more than a series of moving pictures with too few titties!!
This is a dichotomy of the falsest, most dichotometric kind. It is obvious that the referent of this mathematical equations is a viewer-constructed draumaturgical naratology in the post-constructivist sense, and that we may validly interpret the corpus of the thread concerning it's discourse with the "trailer" instantiation of the aforementioned equation as nothing more than a pre-temporal meta-criticism of the text of the movie (equation, trailer) as a connected body.
