Quick hotel dusk question

Didn't know where to ask this, but this place seems as good as any. I'm at work atm so can't see any game help sites and I'm stuck on hotel dusk. I've just escorted the old lady to have dinner and got the pen from Louis. I figured I have to use the floor in the kitchen on the pen so I can read the inscription however the flour keeps falling off. Do I need to find something to make the flour stick or what (I tried using the mens mag in the toilet but that didn't help :winky: )?

    You're using the wrong stuff. Right idea, but it's not flour.

    Ah good, I'll that then.

    Yea I kept thinking I had to blow and it was just the loud noises on the bus making it fail.
