Has anyone had much in the way of dealings with this site? I'm planning on doing a relatively large (400ish pieces) order, and I need to know if they seem trustworthy/dependable or not.
I've used them for almost every time I've had to purchase cables. The one time I decided to buy a DVI cable from Newegg instead (to save on shipping), Newegg shipped me a cable with bent fucking pins, so I returned it and bought from Monoprice, where it came perfect.
Seriously, the place is great. Only problem I've ever had with them was when they accidentally painted the right audio cable white and the left one red on a headphone-jack-to-two-RCA-adapter.

I've ordered from the five or six times, and they're always fast and reliable. I usually have my cables within a week.
I order all of my cables from this site. They ship to Canada as well as the US and they process orders damned fast. Their prices are unbelievably fair, and the quality is top notch.

Also I've never ordered 400 cables at once, but if you're going to be doing a commercial sized buy like that, call them up and negotiate price over the phone. You can probably get a good per-unit savings and figure out your options re: delivery time better than the website would.

I'm pretty sure monoprice lists all the bulk prices right on the main product page.
Also, I majorly recommend this site. It is really really good.
Their discounts max at 50+ on the website, and even if you can't get them to go below that, you'll be able to get a firm order processing timeline/accurate shipping information if you speak to their sales people directly.

Just thought I'd add I've made a small purchase from them (about $15) and just made my second (only about $10) but their quality seems to be really good in my experience.
I've orderd two HDMI cables and a Ninetendo Wii Component cable, I received them all promptly in the mail within about a week.... And I'm still satisfied with all my cables... I'll order from them again when I need more cables...
chiming in in this... everything I have ordered arrived in exactly one week .. but that is due to UPS shipping and not monoprice... they typically get orders packed and ready in less then ONE HOUR.
400+ units should involve a call to them.. but they offer top quality, no bullshit, and a solid return policy.
I'd say 60% of the people I work with have ordered from there with no issues.
Except they ship fucking slow, like 3 weeks. Definitely a reliable site.
3 weeks is definitely an outlying case. I've ordered from Monoprice on several occasions, and generally have gotten my order in 3 days. They appear to be based in CA, but even on the East Coast, I'd get my orders proptly.
Never had a problem with a product or an order, and their prices on commodity cables pretty much can't be beat. I always recommend them to people who ask me for advice on AV cables. Good place to get network cables too, you can buy a whole closet's worth of patch cables for what a lot of places charge for just one.

I've used them a couple of times and the cheapest shipping option took 3 or 4 days to get to me.
