Identifying a New Pornographers Song

So, I was browsing the ol' YouTuber when I ame across this live video of the New Pornographers. I've heard the song before and like it, but I can't figure out what it's called or what album it's from, and the YouTube description offers no hints. Does anyone know what it is?

    After giving it a listen (and not knowing anything about the NP so I may be wrong), a bit of quick searching leads me to believe it may be "The Bleeding Heart Show." The lyrics I could pick out seemed to match and all the keys they're playing in match.

    EDIT: Yeah, I'm definitely sure now, everything matches. The very end of this clip is the part of the song that you have sampled.

    I actually grabbed some of their music from a friend recently so I guess I will have to take a listen.

    That's 100% definitely "The Bleeding Heart Show" from the album Twin Cinema. I recognized it right at the start. You have good taste :)
